Biography
Artem Nesterov is a lecturer at the College of Programming and Cybersecurity of MIREA – Russian Technological University.
Education: Moscow City Pedagogical University (Faculty of Law, specialty "Constitutional law, constitutional process, municipal law").
He worked at the Moscow State University of Technology and Management named after K.G. Razumovsky.
Member of the Public Council for Human Rights under the President of the Russian Federation, member of the Public Council under the Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of the Russian Federation.
Research interests: penitentiary sociology, sociology of law, social stratification of society by class inequality, legal support for the implementation of state youth policy of Russia.
