Biography
Dina Sokolova is the Deputy Director of the Institute of Youth Policy and International Relations of MIREA – Russian University of Technology.
In 2003 she graduated from Kostroma State University named after N.A. Nekrasov. In 2014 she graduated from MGIMO University (Master in International Relations).
Dina Sokolova has worked in the Kostroma regional public organization of the Russian Union of Youth, the All–Russian public organization "Russian Union of Youth", the International Youth Center at the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (now the Youth Resource Center). Since 2012 she has been the head of the Russian Coordinating Bureau in the field of youth cooperation with Germany.
Experience in the field of state youth policy is 25 years. She has been awarded the Badge of Honor of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the Gratitude of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Badge of the Russian Union of Youth "For Merits" of the first degree "golden".
Since 2023 she has been one of the teachers of the discipline "State youth policy in modern Russia: strategy, priorities, prospects" within the framework of the pilot project for training the personnel reserve of the state civil service "Intern of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation" as well as the author of articles and an expert of the Russian electronic encyclopedia "Knowledge.Wiki" of the Russian society "Knowledge".
Dina Sokolova's research interests include youth policy in Russia and foreign countries, international youth cooperation.
