Biography
Tamara Rostovskaya is the chief researcher at the Institute of Demographic Research of the Federal Research Sociological Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
In 2006 she defended doctoral dissertation on the topic "Institutionalization of a young family in modern Russia".
In 2010 Tamara Rostovskaya became a state councilor of the Russian Federation of the 3rd grade. She is the developer of a number of departmental regulatory legal acts. She also holds the title of "Honorary worker of the sphere of youth policy of the Russian Federation".
Research interests: family policy, gender policy, regulatory and personnel support for the implementation of state youth policy, development of the infrastructure of state youth policy.
