Denis Ashirov: Rosmolodezh has assumed responsibility for the implementation of the national project "Youth and Children"
At a regular meeting with the heads of executive bodies of the subjects responsible for the implementation of youth policy, Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Denis Ashirov discussed key issues related to the effective implementation of youth policy "on the ground".
According to Denis Ashirov, over the past five years, the industry has significantly strengthened, large-scale changes have been made to the Federal Law "On Youth Policy in the Russian Federation". Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 309, aimed at realizing the potential of each person, has become an important benchmark for work.
National projects have become a key tool for achieving national goals. Since this year, Rosmolodezh has assumed responsibility for the implementation of the national project "Youth and Children". The Strategy for Youth Policy in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 has been approved, and since 2025, the agency will prepare a Report on Youth Policy.
Denis Ashirov emphasized that all these changes burden regional authorities with additional responsibility and pointed out several priority areas of work:
– strengthening the coordination of interaction between regional youth policy units through the creation of a "single window" system;
– completing the standardization of regional youth policy with the introduction of 5 new standards and improving the effectiveness assessment system;
– developing the infrastructure of youth policy aimed at creating an educational environment;
– changing the approach to working with personnel through regular meetings and the formation of an Expert Pool;
– building a line of regional reporting to systematize and simplify procedures;
