Today at the 22nd meeting of the Youth Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member States which took place in St. Petersburg Artem Turenko, the Head of the e-library "Youth of the CIS" made a report on "The progress of work on the draft Glossary of terms and concepts in the field of youth policy".
The Glossary, a project of the e-library, is developed with the purpose of unification and systematisation of the conceptual apparatus in the sphere of youth policy in the CIS.
The document is based on model and national legislation.
The Glossary is intended to facilitate the development of educational and methodological base for different categories of users, first of all for researchers dealing with youth issues.
Systematised terminology in the field of youth policy can also be useful for the work of public authorities in the development and evaluation of normative legal acts.
