The book was prepared by the National Youth Council of Russia and published in 2017.
The reader can get acquainted with the historical information on the development of state youth policy since 1992. An overview of the activities of the National Council is also given. Major programs and projects are presented.
In addition, the book includes:
- a unique selection of interviews with the main actors of youth policy of different years,
- an overview of the history of the World Festival of Youth and Students,
- an information about the largest operating all-Russian, interregional and regional youth public associations (member organizations of the National Council).
