This year has been declared the Year of the Volunteer Movement in the Commonwealth of Independent States. In our library the Action Plan is placed. In the document you can get acquainted with the events that will be held in the CIS countries and take part in them.

They contribute to improving the regulatory framework for cooperation, developing the infrastructure of the volunteer movement, supporting motivation for socially useful volunteering, increasing the potential and contribution of volunteer organizations to the development of countries.
