The Vladimir Lenin All-Union Pioneer Organization was founded in 1922. On this day, the resolution "Children's Movement" was adopted at the II All-Russian Komsomol Conference.
The pioneer organization was created as an addition to the Komsomol – the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League. This union played a huge role in the education of boys and girls in the USSR.
Today we would like to tell you about the modern pioneer movement in the Republic of Belarus. In 1990, in continuation of the traditions of the Vladimir Lenin All-Union Pioneer Organization, the Belarusian Republican Pioneer Organization (BRPO) was established in the country, which exists to this day.
The main activities of the BRPO, one of the most popular children's associations in the country, are civil and patriotic education of children and youth, spiritual and moral formation of modern youth.
