The review is devoted to the phenomenon of NEET youth. It refers to young people who are not in employment, education or training. It belongs to the socially vulnerable groups of the population.
The issue of young people outside the labour market and the sphere of employment is relevant for all the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States. In the publication we examined this topic from several sides. You will find in the document:

- characteristics of NEET youth in the CIS Member States;
- experience in the field of legislative regulation of youth unemployment;
