Tamara Kerimovna Rostovskaya is a professor and head of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Organization of Youth Work at the Russian State Social University. Tamara Kerimovna also holds the position of Deputy Director of the Institute for Demographic Research of the Federal Research Sociological Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
In 2006 Tamara Kerimovna defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Institutionalization of a young family in modern Russia". In 2010 she became a 3rd class State Councilor of the Russian Federation. She is a developer of a number of departmental regulatory legal acts and holds the title of "Honorary Worker of the sphere of youth policy of the Russian Federation".
