The event is held with the participation of the National Library of Russia and the Russian Library Association Research Section as part of the celebration of the 160th anniversary of the Moscow Public Museum and the Rumyantsev Museum.
The conference "Young Leaders of Library Science" will be held in the Russian State Library on September 28-29. Students, postgraduates and young library staff who are interested in the issues of the development of library science and scientific and methodological support of library practice can take part.
The purpose of the conference is to discuss the best practices of participation of young scientists in scientific research as well as to identify current research topics in the sphere of librarianship, bibliography and bookkeeping.
Within the framework of the program, sections, round tables and other discussion events will be organized as well as a special seminar-meeting "Library science and library education: the centennial anniversary in the RSL" will be held.
You can register until August 31 to participate with the report and until September 19 as a listener.
