The event will take place from July 19 to 22, 2023 in Kaliningrad, Russian Federation (in full-time and online formats).
The event is held for initiative young people who are ready to implement ideas and projects aimed at developing bilateral Russian – Belarusian cooperation.
Within the framework of the forum it is planned to discuss issues of preserving historical memory, priority areas of the youth policy of the countries, the development of student interaction, information security in the youth environment, the implementation of youth initiatives of the Union State.
Young people aged 18 to 35 are invited to participate:
- representatives of federal and regional youth public associations/organizations;
- young historians;
- student activists;
- representatives of institutions implementing youth policy in the Union State.
The Forum is part of the Joint Action Plan of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus in the field of state youth policy.
The organizers of the event are the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the National Youth Council, the federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education "MIREA – Russian Technological University", the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the Public Association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union".
