An international competition for the best emblem of the Year of the Volunteer movement in the CIS is being held on the territory of the CIS from October 25 to November 20, 2023.
Representatives of the CIS Member States can take part in the competition, including:
- young people aged 14 to 35 years;
- government agencies and institutions officially implementing youth policy in the CIS countries;
- youth public organizations and associations;
- educational institutions.
Works are accepted until November 20, 2023 until 23:00 (Moscow time) by the link.

The competition is organized by the federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education "MIREA – Russian Technological University", the basic organization of the CIS Member States for working with youth together with partner organizations with the support of the Council for Youth Affairs of the CIS Member States.
