The forum is a part of the join action plan of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation in the field of state youth policy and is designed to unite initiative youth of both countries.
The main topics of the forum in 2022 are as follows: “Infomedia in the new information reality”; “Patriotism in the value system of modern youth of Belarus and Russia”; «Common historical and cultural heritage of Russia and Belarus. Initiatives with the participation of young people”. The participants of the anniversary forum can be young people aged 18 to 35 years, whose activities fall into one of the following categories: - representatives of federal and regional youth public associations/organizations;
- young people of the media sphere;
- young historians;
- students of military universities and colleges.
The event is organized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the Public association “Belarusian Republican Union of Youth”, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the National Youth Council of Russia as well as the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “MIREA – Russian Technological University”.
