General provisions
The e-library "Youth of the CIS" (hereinafter – YCIS) contains materials that are objects of copyright and protected in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on intellectual property rights. The rights of their authors and other copyright holders are protected in the ways provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on copyright. In case of copyright infringement, YCIS receives written consent from the copyright holder to publish (post) the work on the portal.
The materials posted on the YCIS portal may be used, copied, quoted exclusively for informational, scientific, educational or cultural purposes in compliance with the relevant provisions of current legislation with mandatory indication of the name of the author and/or copyright holder as well as the source of borrowing. The portal user has no right to make changes to the materials posted on the portal as well as to introduce them into commercial circulation.
YCIS is not a mass media and is educational in nature. It is registered as a database with the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) https://rospatent.gov.ru/en. A database is understood as a collection of independent materials presented in an objective form, systematized in such a way that these materials can be found and processed using an electronic computer.
Licenses
The materials included in the library collection are provided under a Creative Commons license (https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/cclicenses/). When signing a consent with the copyright holder for the placement of a work, the type of license under which this work can be published is indicated.
The font used on the portal is available under the SIL Open Font License (OFL) https://openfontlicense.org/.
The copyright holder of the icons is Tilda Publishing (https://tilda.cc/ru/free-icons/).
The pdf.js program is used to view the files available under the Apache License 2.0 (https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0).
Limitation of liability
YCIS is not responsible for the information posted on any other sites whose owners link to the library portal. YCIS assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials posted on the portal due to the properties or condition of the network, the presence of malware on the network, malfunctions of linear or system equipment, etc. YCIS does not assume responsibility for the content and reliability of the information provided in materials on behalf of third parties.
Using the portal means that the visitor fully agrees with the conditions set out above.
