Interregional Children's Public Non-Political Organization of Scouts (NORS-R)
About the organization
The organization was officially registered in 2005. Its office is located in Petrozavodsk, Republic of Karelia.
The mission of NORS-R is to develop young people through the organization of activities based on the national scout method as patriots who think and do things for the benefit of the Motherland, active citizens who successfully enter the future and change it.
The NORS-R consists of 70 scout associations in 25 regions of the Russian Federation.
The most active mass organizations are the Scouts of Karelia, the Perm Scout Center, the Scouts of the capital, the Saratov Regional Scout Organization, the Scout Association of the Udmurt Republic and the Volgograd Regional Scout Organization.
