The document is the presentation developed by the World Organization of the Scout Movement. According to the presentation, Scouting is the self-education movement for young people. The presentation states that the Scouting movement consists of National Scout Organizations that have their own internal individual membership. Individual members can be young people for whom Scouting is intended as well as adults who have joined in order to support the development of young members of the National Organization.
