Annotation
The document pays attention to the creation of youth advisory bodies as one of the most important instruments of youth policy. The law stipulates that youth parliament should be created under the Ryazan Regional Duma. It is assumed that the parliament will be a permanent public, collegial and advisory body of youth representatives of the Ryazan Region.
