Annotation
This document regulates certain aspects of the implementation of youth policy in the Yaroslavl Region. The law also introduces the concept of "social youth institutions". It refers to non-profit organizations providing as the main goals of their activities the provision of a range of services for the social support of young citizens or young families. It is also supposed to promote their spiritual, cultural and physical development, labour education and employment and other work with youth.
