Annotation
This agreement was concluded for the mutual enrichment, development and preservation of national cultures of Russia and Moldova. In particular, this document establishes that each country will provide its citizens including young people with access to cultural values of another country. First of all, historically formed large collections and collections of cultural values are meant.
