The project is aimed at attracting volunteers to participate in major national and international events and educational internships. Such participation implies the exchange of experience and the development of competencies. The report is devoted to activities in 2019 when 8 leading regions in the development of the volunteer movement received delegations for internships in order to replicate and familiarize themselves with the procedures and methods for making managerial decisions.
