Annotation

The most common types of encouragement in the volunteer environment are thanks and gifts, souvenirs presently. However, as shown in this study, other policies are in great demand. These include organizing leisure activities for volunteers, gaining new knowledge, etc. This study provides an opportunity to better understand the situation with non-financial incentives for volunteers.
