The study was conducted in 2019 by the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation commissioned by the Elena and Gennady Timchenko Foundation. Information was provided by 782 children's institutions (related to the system of education, healthcare and social protection of the population) of 76 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. It contains a number of indicators for each case of placing a child in a children's institution.
