Annotation
This program facilitates improving the welfare of population by maintaining the level of sustainable and productive employment and reducing unemployment. In order to achieve these goals, it is planned to involve in active employment promotion measures the self-employed, the unemployed and persons belonging to the target population groups, development of human resources and improvement of the system of targeted social assistance. It is emphasized that young people have a priority right to participate in the Program.
