Annotation
The Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member States adopted a law that defines relations in the field of preservation and development of culture and is aimed at ensuring and protecting the constitutional right of every citizen to participate in cultural life and use cultural institutions, access to cultural values. It also facilitates the implementation of cultural cooperation among the CIS Member States.
