Annotation
It is assumed that the concept helps to intensify international cooperation between the regions of the CIS Member States including cross-border aimed at sustainable socio-economic development and improving the welfare of the population. To this end it is proposed to develop integration processes, equal partnership and effective use of the natural resource, trade, economic, scientific, technical and other potentials of countries.
