The report presents a comprehensive analysis of the situation of young people in the labour market over the past decade, identifies the main problems in the field of employment. The target group of the study was young people aged 15 to 29 years. The report was developed by Youth Skills Observatory within the framework of "Innovative Business Development for Sustainable Local Economic Growth" project funded by the Government of Turkey and implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
