Annotation

The brief review of the plenary session "Youth as the main resource for achieving national goals" is given. It was held at the Moscow Financial Forum. At the site issues of assistance in self-realization and disclosure of the talent of citizens as the basis for the development of society and the state, the formation of a system of social lifts, the involvement of civil society in the process of implementing national projects as well as an effective system for financing youth policy were considered.
