Annotation
The document contains the annual form of federal statistical observation N 1-youth "Information on the field of state youth policy" as well as instructions for filling it out. This form for collecting statistical data was developed by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Until 2016 relevant ministries and departments in the regions were engaged in fixing indicators on youth activity in the country, but this greatly hampered the process of data analytics. The appearance of the form of federal statistical observation N 1-youth contributed to the establishment of the single standard for collecting information.
