Annotation
The issue is dedicated to the opening of the Year of Literature, the anniversary of the first public library in Surgut as well as digitalization in the library. The results of the meeting of the State Duma Culture Committee on the introduction of an electronic copy of a mandatory printed copy are presented. The experience of the Tyumen Region, including the work of a library for blind and visually impaired children, is considered.
