Annotation
The methodological guide provides recommendations for working with volunteers, taking into account the experience of the COVID-19 pandemic and the development of online formats. It shows how the five main steps of working with volunteers (attraction, support, motivation, support, encouragement) can be implemented remotely. Practical recommendations implemented on the basis of the experience of the Mosvolonter Resource Centre are described.
