Annotation
The document defines the structure and activities of military-patriotic youth and children's associations. According to the Regulation, such associations are the voluntary, self-governing, non-profit formation created on the initiative of citizens carrying out, in accordance with the charter on its activities and with the participation of executive authorities and local governments, the military-patriotic education of youth and children. The Regulation stipulates that the military-patriotic association has the right to financial support for this activity from federal executive authorities, executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local governments.
