The document defines the general provisions, powers and process for organizing the activities of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodyozh). According to the Regulation, Rosmolodyozh is the federal executive body that performs functions of providing public services and managing the state property in the field of state youth policy, implementing, in cooperation with public organizations and movements representing the interests of youth, activities aimed at ensuring the healthy lifestyle for young people, moral and patriotic education and at realizing by young people of their professional opportunities.
