Annotation

The author considers monitoring as a mechanism for monitoring compliance with children's rights in educational institutions. Monitoring refers to regularly conducted sociological studies of the opinions of all participants in the educational process including children, teachers, parents and governing bodies of education system. Monitoring should be carried out on the principles of cooperation, transparency, activity, non-interference, voluntary participation and independence.
