At the beginning of the study the author poses two questions "How has the public opinion of children, their parents and society as a whole changed about the role, significance and main activities of children’s public associations?" and "What forecast can be made for the development of children’s movement?" It was concluded that parents perceive children's social movements only from the point of view of socialization, and the main thing for children in organization is communication, through this communication joint activity is realized.
