This study analyzes the processes of first employment and the position in the labour market of mid-level specialists and skilled workers and employees. The levels of employment and unemployment, average salaries by groups of specialists are characterized. The authors note that the first group is more likely to participate in work activities during the learning process which provides advantages in employment.
