Annotation
The general provisions of the Law determine the grounds for determining the disability group, the concept of social protection of disabled people and the inadmissibility of discrimination on the basis of disability. The procedure for medical and social examination, rehabilitation and habilitation of disabled people, provision of life support for disabled people and the procedure for creating public associations of disabled people are established.
