Annotation
The adopted Law determines the procedure for the creation of public associations, their reorganization and liquidation including the requirements, the procedure for the adoption of the charter and state registration of public associations as well as the reasons for refusal of registration are established. The rights, duties and responsibilities of the association and the procedure for accounting for the organization’s property are stated.
