Annotation
Standing order regulates the composition, structure and activities of the All-Russian public-state children's and youth organization "Russian Schoolchildren’s Movement". According to the order, the organization is the voluntary, self-governing public-state association. It carries out activities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the Russian Schoolchildren's Movement is to assist in improving state policy in the field of educating the younger generation and to promote the formation of a personality based on the system of values inherent in the Russian society.
