Annotation
The Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students was formed in order to ensure coordination of the activities of federal executive authorities, executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments and organizations. These bodies participate in the implementation of activities for the preparation and holding the event. The publication also contains the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 23 dated January 19, 2017, according to which this Regulation was approved.
