Annotation
The Resolution regulates the structure and process of organizing the IV All-Russian School of training of the command staff of the All-Russian student construction projects. According to the Resolution, the goal of the school is to develop the movement of student teams by training leaders of student teams with the necessary managerial and organizational skills, by selecting school participants, training and then distributing them to the headquarters of All-Russian student construction projects by commanders, commissars, engineers (foremen).
