Annotation
The system of key indicators was introduced to improve the mechanisms of interaction between the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation implementing state youth policy as well as to assess the effectiveness of their activities. The criteria include activities (holding events), financial support for initiative youth and NGOs, ensuring the implementation of state youth policy (institutions, infrastructure, communications, regulatory framework).
