This Strategy contributes to the implementation of state anti-drug policy of the Russian Federation. It is the strategic planning document in the field of ensuring the national security of the Russian Federation. It is aimed at implementing state anti-drug policy of the Russian Federation. The document provides the analysis of the drug situation, the list of threats to national security in the field of drug trafficking, goals and objectives for the implementation of anti-drug policy. The mechanisms for implementing this strategy are also stated.
