Annotation
The resource aspect of modern career guidance activity is considered both conceptually and from the position of the methodological approach which gives the opportunity to analyse the problems of socio-professional self-determination of personality. Using interdisciplinary approach the analysis of the directions of development of the resource concept in relation to career guidance activity is carried out.
