Data on population employment and labour remuneration in the Karaganda Region are prepared. In the structure of persons not included in the labour force the urban population accounts for 82.8%, the rural population – 17.2%, women account for 66.7%, men – 33.3%. The main share of persons not included in the labour force are pensioners – 51.5% and full-time students – 21.9%.
