In the economy of Nur-Sultan 563.4 thousand people were employed. The level of employment to the labour force reached 95.4%. Among the employed population the number of hired workers was 497.6 thousand people or 88.3%, self-employed – 65.9 thousand people or 11.7%. In the total number of the employed population the number of self-employed men was 35.1 thousand people (53.3%), women – 30.7 thousand people (46.7%).
