Annotation
This law establishes the competence of state authorities of the Arkhangelsk Region in the field of state support for the activities of youth labour groups and student groups. The law is also aimed at regulating relations in this area. The law defines such concepts as "youth labour group", "student groups", "labour team of underages" and "state support for the activities of labour groups".
