In the structure of the employed the main share of 26.3% were persons aged 35-44 years, 21.6% – 45-54 years, 19.6% – 29-34 years and 11.8% – young people aged 16-24 years. The number of unemployed people in 2020 was 16877. The unemployment rate was 4.9%. The employment rate to the labour force reached 95.1%, to the population aged 15 and over – 61.7%.
