Annotation
This tutorial is intended for novice counselors, introduces them to the basics of the traditional shift structure in the camp and the specifics of the counselor's work in each of the three shift periods: organizational, main, and final. A special focus is placed on the methodology of organizing and conducting collective creative activities. The materials of the textbook contain examples of collective and creative activities of teams of high school students in Moscow developed during their studies at Moscow State Pedagogical University within the framework of a grant from the Department of Education and Science of Moscow "Vocational training of high school students in Moscow on the basics of leadership activities."
