Total marriage and divorce rates are calculated as the ratio of the number of marriages concluded and dissolved during a calendar year to the average annual population, respectively. The age of married persons is calculated as the time interval between the date of marriage registration and the date of birth. The age of divorcees is calculated as the time interval between the date of registration of divorce and the date of birth.
